録画した地デジ番組の保管方法

地デジになって、映像はきれいになり、再生、録画も便利になり、
いいこと尽くめかと思いきや、データを保存するには適していないです。
正しくは、保存には適しているんですけど、個人で保管するのは適していないですね。

 

 

 

 

1　個人的番組録画の歴史

個人的話になりますが、テレビ番組の録画を初めて経験したのは、行く末、ビデオの規格争いに破れることになるソニーのβ（ベータ）でした。
なんで、そのビデオが在ったのかは、子供の自分には記憶がありません。
たぶん、父親がCMでも観て買ってきたんでしょうね。

時は過ぎ、知らぬ間に、うちのビデオもベータからVHSに変わってました。
VHSにはお世話になりましたね。
ビデオテープの値段も下がって来たこともあったでしょうかが、
1回録画したテープは、上書きすることもなく増え続け、全盛期は、300本ぐらいありました。
その後、そのテープを処分するのが大変なこと。。。

 

DVDレコーダーというのも有りました。
でも、主に便利だったのが、ハードディスクレコーダーの方でした。
頭出し、早送り（スキップ）が楽になりました。
DVD録画はほとんど使った記憶がないです。
その時使っていた東芝RDは、パソコンに取り込めて、mpgで保存できました。

その後、地上波デジタル放送移行に伴い、2011年でアナログ放送停止されました。
※東日本大震災の影響で、翌年に延長されました地域もありました。

 

自分は、地上波デジタル放送に移行後、東芝のレグザを使用しています。
本体録画できて、タイムシフトにも対応しています。
この機能のおかげで、本当にテレビの視聴方法が変わってしまいました。
一番変わったのは、リアルタイムで観ることが無くなったということでしょうか。

複数のチューナーが内蔵されているモデルなので、同時に複数の番組が録画できるのですが、
それでも足らず、結局、ブルーレイレコーダーを購入しました。

ブルーレイレコーダーなんて言ってますけど、まだ、番組録画には使ったことないですね。
専ら、ハードディスクに保存しています。

レグザでまとめた環境では、録画した番組は、USB接続したハードディスクに移動ができるので、
ハードディスクの単価が下がる度に移し替えを行い、4TBが6台。。。
移し代えは、レグザのダビング機能でハードディスク間の移動を行わねばならず、
どれだけの時間をかけていることか。

こんな状況を回避したく、方法は無いかと調べるようになりました。

 

 

 

2　地デジ番組の保存方法

 

ベストなのは、ハードディスクの繋ぎ変えるだけで、そのテレビで再生できること。
SeeQVault（シーキューボルト）なんてのもありますけど、メーカは限られますし続くんでしょうか？

アナログ放送時代の東芝のRDは、よかったですね。
パソコンに動画がコピーできて、mpgファイルで保存できました。
そちらで撮り貯めたデータは500GBのハードディスク8台分のデータがあります。

一生懸命保存を繰り返す中で、Seagateのファームウェアの不具合は不幸な事故でした。
結局、1台分は復旧できませんでした。
失ったデータは戻らず悔やまれるのですが、残っているデータにしても、
もう一度、見返した番組ってあったでしょうか・・・。

 

ドラマ「空飛ぶ広報室」だけは、2回見てますね・・・

 

 

さて、録画した地上波デジタル放送の番組を恒久的に観られる保存方法ですが、
結論から言うと、そんな方法はありません。
延命処置として一番現実的なのは、ブルーレイディスクにするしかないです。
ブルーレイディスクにしても、ある程度年数が経てば。。。
しかも、ブルーレイレコーダーでディスクに落とした番組は、正規の方法では、ディスクのコピーもできないです。

 

最近ですと、オンデマンドサービスがありますが、ドラマや映画がほとんどです。
しかも希望する作品が全部揃っているわけでもありません。

こういった状況から、どうしても観たいものは、ブルーレイにするか、
販売されたものを買うしかないという結論になると思います。
